Permanent Pediatrics Registered Nurse

Join Sierra View Medical Center as a full-time Pediatrics/Med Surg Registered Nurse in Porterville, CA. You will provide holistic, individualized care to a diverse patient population including infants, children, adolescents, and adults requiring medical-surgical or observation care. This role offers an average pay of $56 per hour with a $10,000 sign-on bonus for experienced RNs.

Work a day shift from 6:45am to 7:15pm, with potential for holidays, weekends, and on-call duties. You will independently assess, plan, and implement care using the nursing process, demonstrating advanced clinical competency and a commitment to quality improvement.

Requirements include a current California RN license, BLS certification (obtainable during orientation), PALS and ACLS certifications (obtainable within six months). Basic computer skills and the ability to handle multiple deadlines are essential.
