Description
Cottage Health, a leading non-profit healthcare system in Santa Barbara, CA, is seeking a full-time Pharmacist Specialist in Oncology. Join our 519-bed teaching hospital and level one trauma center, where you'll deliver patient-centered clinical services, medication information, and education to ensure safe, effective, and cost-efficient therapy. You'll work collaboratively with a dedicated team in a supportive environment that values work-life balance.
This day shift position offers a competitive hourly rate averaging $99/hr, with a salary range of $78.84 - $118.26 based on experience. New hires receive a comprehensive four to six-week orientation and training program. We provide relocation assistance and rental assistance, along with a robust benefits package.
Minimum qualifications include a valid California Pharmacist License and completion of a PGY2 or fellowship in oncology, or a PGY1 plus 3 years of clinical oncology experience, or 5 years of oncology clinical specialist experience.
