Permanent Pharmacist Inpatient

Encompass Health, a national leader in inpatient rehabilitation, is seeking a dedicated Pharmacist for our Bakersfield, CA location. In this role, you will ensure safe and effective medication use, directly impacting patient well-being in a rehab setting. You'll have opportunities to shape policies, develop clinical services, and integrate medication management into patient care.

This is a permanent, staff position with an average pay of $84 per hour. You'll oversee daily pharmacy operations, contribute to policy development, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities include accurate medication interpretation, compounding, and dispensing in compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements include a state pharmacy board license in good standing and a degree from an accredited pharmacy program. One year of supervisory experience is preferred.
