Description
CentraCare is seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Pharmacist to join our team in St. Cloud, Minnesota. In this role, you will specialize in medication management for mental health conditions, collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans. Your time will be split between the inpatient behavioral health units at St. Cloud Hospital and the CentraCare BH Plaza clinic, ensuring continuity of care for patients across settings.
This full-time position offers a schedule of 80 hours every two weeks, Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 4pm, with occasional weekends and holidays. The pay starts at $62.10 per hour and increases with experience, averaging around $78 per hour. You will also serve as a primary preceptor for pharmacy residents and students, and act as a content expert for the University of Minnesota/CentraCare Rural Psychiatry Residency Program.
To qualify, you need a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm.D., current Minnesota licensure, and advanced training or hospital experience preferred.
