Description
Encompass Health, a national leader in inpatient rehabilitation, is seeking a dedicated Pharmacist for our Charlottesville, VA location. In this permanent, staff role, you will ensure safe medication use and positively impact patient well-being. Your expertise will contribute directly to community health while offering opportunities to shape policies, develop clinical services, and integrate medication management into rehabilitative care. You'll oversee daily pharmacy operations, participate in interdisciplinary teams, and exercise independent judgment.

Your responsibilities include interpreting, compounding, and dispensing medications in compliance with legal and professional standards, as well as contributing to pharmacy-specific policies and procedures.
Requirements include state pharmacy board licensure in good standing for Virginia and completion of an accredited pharmacy program. One year of supervisory experience is preferred.
