Permanent Pharmacist Inpatient

Samaritan Albany General Hospital is seeking a dedicated Inpatient Pharmacist to join our Medication Management Clinic in Albany, Oregon. In this role, you will provide comprehensive clinical pharmacy services to ambulatory patients, managing high-risk medications and disease states such as anticoagulation, diabetes, hypertension, heart failure, and more. You'll also have the opportunity to educate pharmacy residents and students.

This is a permanent, staff position with a .4 FTE schedule (32 hours per pay period) working day shifts. The pay range is $61.84 to $90.81 per hour, with an average of $77/hr. You'll be part of a supportive team focused on patient care and regulatory compliance.

Requirements include a current Oregon Pharmacist and Preceptor license, BLS certification within 90 days, and ambulatory care experience or equivalent residency/board certification. Strong communication, computer literacy, and teamwork skills are essential.
