Description
Join Maury Regional Health as a Medication Reconciliation Technician in our Pharmacy department at Maury Regional Medical Center in Columbia, TN. In this role, you will perform medication histories for new hospital admissions under the supervision of a clinical pharmacist, documenting accurate information in the electronic health record. You will also assist with patient counseling preparation and other routine pharmacy technician duties.
This is a full-time day shift position, working 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. While pay is not disclosed, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement plans, PTO, educational assistance, and more.
Requirements include a PTCB Medication History Certificate (obtainable within one year of hire), 3 hours of annual continuing education in medication history, and at least three years of hospital or institutional pharmacy experience.
