Description
A mission-driven healthcare organization in rural New England is seeking a Primary Care Provider to join a collaborative outpatient practice. This role offers a 4-day schedule with 35 clinical hours, an 800-patient panel, and an average of 2 patients per hour. You'll have 1:1 MA support, a full clinical team, an AI scribe, and access to onsite lab and ultrasound. Full-scope outpatient procedures are included.
The compensation ranges from $206,000 to $246,000 per year (average $226,000), with an RVU bonus available. Benefits include sign-on and relocation assistance, loan repayment support, $2,000 CME allowance plus 40 hours, 100% employer-paid health insurance for singles, 208+ hours of PTO plus holidays, and short-term housing assistance. Phone-only call is required about two weeknights per month, with a shared Saturday clinic approximately four times per year.
Located in a scenic rural New England community, this position offers access to skiing, hiking, biking, strong schools, and proximity to major metro areas. Ideal for providers seeking a balanced lifestyle in a supportive environment.
