Permanent Primary Care LVN / LPN

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) for a permanent, full-time position in our primary care clinic in St. Cloud, Minnesota. In this ambulatory care role, you will room patients for all types of clinic visits, communicate results and medical information to patients and providers, assist with clinic procedures, and ensure day-to-day activities are completed efficiently. You will also administer medications and immunizations under the direction of an RN or provider, perform telephone screening, and recognize urgent care needs.

This is a full-time position working 72 hours every two weeks, with day shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. LPN pay starts at $24.21 per hour, with a range up to $36.35 based on experience. CMA pay starts at $21.54 per hour, with a range up to $32.31. We offer a $2,500 hiring bonus for LPNs and $2,000 for CMAs, plus $5,000 in relocation assistance for eligible candidates.

Requirements for LPNs include graduation from an accredited school of nursing, current Minnesota LPN licensure, and current AHA BLS certification. For CMAs, a high school diploma and completion of an accredited medical assistant program (AAMA, AMT, NCCT, or NHA) are required, along with BLS certification.
