Description
We are seeking a dedicated Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our collaborative outpatient practice in scenic rural New England. This mission-driven organization offers a supportive environment with a 4-day workweek, 35 clinical hours, and an average of 2 patients per hour. You'll enjoy a manageable 800-patient panel with full clinical team support, including 1:1 MA assistance, AI scribe, and onsite lab and ultrasound services.
The position offers a competitive salary range of $118,000 to $141,000 for NPs, with RVU bonus potential. Benefits include sign-on and relocation assistance, loan repayment support, $2,000 CME allowance plus 40 hours, 100% employer-paid health insurance for singles, over 208 hours of PTO plus holidays, and short-term housing assistance. Call responsibilities are light, with phone-only call approximately two weeknights per month and a shared Saturday clinic about four times per year.
Located in a beautiful New England community, you'll have access to skiing, hiking, biking, strong schools, and proximity to major metro areas. If you're looking for a balanced lifestyle and a rewarding primary care role, we encourage you to apply.
