Human Touch Home Health Care is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to provide home health services in the Roanoke Valley, including Roanoke, Salem, Vinton, and surrounding communities. Based out of Blacksburg, you'll work with adult and geriatric patients in their homes, focusing on strength, balance, and mobility. This role offers clinical autonomy and one-on-one patient care within a defined territory close to home.

The position offers an average salary of $97,000 per year, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, mileage reimbursement, and a company-issued tablet for documentation. You'll carry a consistent caseload and receive training in home health and OASIS if needed.

Requirements include an active Virginia PT license (or eligibility), a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation. One to two years of clinical experience is preferred but not required.
