Permanent Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team at Encompass Health in Jonesboro, AR. As the first point of contact for our hospital, you will create a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and callers, operating the switchboard and managing front desk reception. Your role is pivotal in ensuring effective communication and operational efficiency across departments.

This is a permanent, staff position with a pay range of $14.00 - $18.13 per hour (average $16/hr). Shifts may include weekdays, weekends, evenings, and nights as required. You will answer incoming calls, greet visitors, assist with badge sign-in, enter deposits and charges, run census reports, and support clerical tasks.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent preferred, working knowledge of switchboard equipment, ability to use computer systems for data entry, and detail-oriented skills.
