Description
St. Tammany Health System in Covington, LA, is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Emergency Services department. As an ER RN, you will be responsible for a group of patients during your shift, utilizing the nursing process and collaborating with the healthcare team to provide exceptional care. You will supervise LPNs, unit assistants, and other support staff, ensuring a safe and efficient environment.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a night shift schedule of 3x12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:00. Compensation is based on experience, offering a competitive pay rate. The role requires a current Louisiana RN license, BLS, ALS, and PALS certifications (ALS/PALS within 6 months of hire) from an ILCOR-approved course. One year of acute ED experience is preferred.
