Description
Boston Children's Hospital is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Emergency Department, a Level 1 Regional Pediatric Trauma Center. You will provide 24-hour care to infants, children, and young adults with urgent and emergency conditions, from brain injuries to broken bones. Our ED is one of the largest in New England, caring for 68,000 patients annually.
This is a part-time position (36 hours per week) on night shifts, including every other weekend. The average pay is $119,841 per year, with a pay range of $76,003.20 to $163,678.32 based on experience. You'll work in a fast-paced environment alongside emergency medicine physicians, nurses, and mid-level providers.
Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in nursing, a current Massachusetts RN license, and at least 1 year of inpatient acute or emergency medicine RN experience. Pediatric ED or acute pediatric experience is strongly preferred. Excellent communication and analytical skills are essential.
We offer a comprehensive benefits package including flexible schedules, health insurance, child care subsidies, tuition reimbursement, and a pension. Join our inclusive team and make a difference in children's lives.
