Permanent Rehab Aide

We are seeking a licensed clinician to serve as a Therapy Team Leader at Encompass Health in Sioux Falls, SD. In this role, you will balance clinical excellence with team leadership, helping patients achieve meaningful outcomes while mentoring and developing fellow therapists. You will work in a rapidly growing national inpatient rehabilitation leader known for its supportive and inclusive culture.

This is a permanent, staff position with an average pay of $54 per hour. You will provide patient evaluations, develop therapy treatments, supervise therapists and assistants, administer skilled therapy, and support staff development. The role also involves coordinating team tasks, paperwork, training, and schedules to achieve business goals.

Requirements include a current state license as a PT, OT, or SLP, BLS certification (obtainable within 30 days), and a minimum of three years of discipline-specific experience.
