Permanent Rehab Aide

Join Encompass Health in Morgantown, WV as a Rehabilitation Therapy Technician (Rehab Aide). In this role, you'll support rehabilitation therapists in delivering exceptional patient care. Your responsibilities include setting up equipment, maintaining a safe environment, and collaborating with therapists and nurses to ensure patient-centered treatment. This is a permanent staff position with an average pay of $19 per hour.

As a Rehab Aide, you'll facilitate communication with patients and families, prepare and transport patients according to schedule, and report observations to therapists. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred) and CPR certification (preferred unless hospital policy requires otherwise).
