Description
Encompass Health in Texarkana, TX is seeking a compassionate Rehabilitation LPN/LVN to join our team. In this role, you will provide direct patient care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting, working closely with registered nurses to implement personalized care plans. Your responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, observing patient behaviors and responses to treatments, and celebrating patient victories along their recovery journey. This is a staff/permanent position with both full-time and PRN schedules available, offering an average pay of $27 per hour.
We are looking for candidates with a current LPN/LVN license as required by Texas state regulations and CPR certification. One year of experience in an inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital setting is preferred, and rehabilitation experience is a plus.
