Description
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our Skilled Nursing team in Statesville, North Carolina. In this permanent staff position, you will work under the guidance of the Registered Nurse to provide care and treatment to patients in the Operating Room. Your role is vital in ensuring safe and effective surgical experiences.
This is a full-time opportunity with a focus on surgical asepsis and patient safety. While pay is not disclosed, we offer a supportive work environment and the chance to grow your career in a skilled nursing setting. You will have access to medication storage areas (excluding controlled substances) as needed for your responsibilities.
Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, graduation from an approved surgical technician program, military training program, or current LPN licensure in North Carolina. You must possess thorough knowledge of surgical asepsis principles and practice, and hold BCLS certification. Physical demands include full range of motion to pass a FIT test, with ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
