Description
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Porterville, CA. This full-time, permanent position offers a day shift from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM, with an average pay of $56 per hour and a $10,000 sign-on bonus for candidates with 3+ years of RN experience. You will provide care for adult and geriatric patients aged 21 and older, focusing on assessment, treatment, and holistic care planning.
Responsibilities include performing nursing assessments, developing and revising care plans, administering medications, and ensuring patient safety. You will collaborate with the healthcare team, educate patients and families, and adhere to infection prevention and OSHA guidelines. The role requires working holidays, weekends, and on-call as needed, and you must be willing to serve as a disaster service worker per California law.
Requirements include a current California RN license and BLS certification (obtainable during orientation).
