Permanent Stepdown Cardiac Registered Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Cardiovascular Stepdown Unit (4 South) at Eisenhower Medical Center in Rancho Mirage, CA. This unit cares for adult and geriatric patients, managing epidurals, trachs, post-cardiac cath patients, feeding tubes, and vasoactive or insulin drips. This is a permanent, full-time position with 12-hour shifts. The pay range is $43.59-$69.36 per hour based on experience and education, averaging $57/hr. We offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus (paid on first paycheck with a 2-year commitment) and $10,000 relocation assistance for those moving to the area.

Minimum qualifications include a BSN or MSN, or enrollment in an RN-BSN/RN-MSN program within 1 year of hire with completion within 5 years. ADN degrees are accepted with a BSN completion requirement. Benefits include tuition reimbursement of $5,250 per year for all nursing degrees, internal growth opportunities from RN I to IV, and a 5% pay increase upon BSN completion.
