Description
Join our Maternal-Fetal Medicine team as a Permanent Ultrasound Technologist in Albuquerque, NM. You will perform comprehensive diagnostic ultrasound imaging, including high-risk obstetrical exams such as nuchal translucency, fetal echocardiograms, and Doppler assessments. Competence in ultrasound-guided invasive procedures like amniocentesis and CVS is essential. Work independently and collaboratively with perinatologists to ensure patient safety and high-quality care.
This is a staff position offering an average pay of $51 per hour. You will work in a hospital setting with a schedule that may include on-call duties. The role requires adherence to protocols and procedures in high-risk settings, with patient care across all age groups from neonate to geriatric.
Qualifications include graduation from a CAAHEP-accredited ultrasonography program, 2 years of directly related experience (preferably 1-3 years in OB/GYN or MFM), and current certifications: BLS, ARDMS or equivalent, NM MIRT license, and a valid NM driver's license.
