Description
Saint Peter's University Hospital in New Brunswick, NJ, is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for the role of Clinical Nurse Reviewer within our Utilization Review team. As a Magnet-designated facility, we are committed to excellence in nursing and patient outcomes. In this role, you will collect and analyze clinical data on surgical patients, including preoperative risk factors and postoperative outcomes, to support quality improvement initiatives.
This is a permanent, staff position with an average pay of $96,179 per year. You will work on-site with limited remote hours as approved. Responsibilities include entering data into a secure database, conducting audits, and collaborating with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and quality teams to enhance patient care.
Requirements include an active New Jersey RN license, a BSN, and at least one year of experience in a hospital surgery department, clinic, clinical research, or medical records.
