Description
Join Franciscan Health Michigan City as a Travel Cath Lab Registered Nurse. In this role, you'll work in a 2-lab unit providing care for cardiology, vascular, and interventional radiology patients. You'll be responsible for sedation, circulation, and recording competencies, with a 1:1 patient ratio. The unit uses Epic Cupid EMR and equipment including Xper, Philips, Balloon Pump, and Impella.
This is a 40-hour per week contract with 9-hour day shifts starting between 6:30 AM and 8:00 AM, Monday through Friday, with one rotating day off. You'll also participate in on-call weekends, averaging 8-10 call shifts in a 4-week schedule. The pay averages $2,448 per week.
Requirements include 2 years of Cath Lab experience, ACLS and BLS certifications, and passing an EKG test. Scrub color is light blue surgical (hospital issued). This is a great opportunity for a self-motivated team player looking for a travel assignment in Michigan City, Indiana.
