Travel CT Tech

We are seeking a skilled Travel CT Technologist for a 13-16 week assignment at UVMHN-CVPH Champlain Valley Medical Center in Plattsburgh, NY. This 300-bed facility features a Radiology CT department with two Philips scanners, performing approximately 40 CTs per day. You'll work with a diverse patient population (ages 0-100) and handle chest, abdomen, pelvis, head, c-spine, and PE studies. The role includes venipuncture and contrast injections.

This position offers a competitive pay package averaging $2,941 per week, with rates adjusted based on distance (travel, radius, or local). Shifts are 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM or 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM, with rotating weekends and call as scheduled. Self-scheduling is available, and orientation includes 14 days. The unit uses EPIC and PbXIS systems.

Requirements include ARRT CT certification, NYS DOH venipuncture certification, a minimum of 1 year of CT experience, and EPIC experience within the past 2 years. A New York State license or proof of application is required at submission. Reliable transportation is essential, as public transit is not accessible.
