Travel ICU Registered Nurse

Join the Intensive Care Unit at a Level III Trauma Center in Salem, MA, as a Travel ICU Registered Nurse. This 20-bed Medical/Surgical ICU cares for adult patients with conditions such as substance abuse/overdose, severe psychiatric conditions, DKA, sepsis, GI bleed, respiratory failure, cardiac arrest, renal failure, and cardiogenic shock. Attendings and residents are present 24/7. You must have at least 2 years of continuous adult ICU experience, preferably in a MICU, and be able to read telemetry strips. Floating to medical/surgical units is required, with ratios of 1:4 or 1:5 when floated.

This is a night shift position (36 hours per week, every other weekend) with no rotation. The average weekly pay is $2,209. Free on-site parking is provided. You must hold an active Massachusetts RN license, AHA BLS and ACLS certifications, and have the flu vaccine during flu season. Two years of continuous MICU experience is required, and references from within the last year must be available upon submission.
