Description
Elizabeth Seton Children's Center in Yonkers, NY, is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to lead and oversee nursing care across our residential neighborhood. In this permanent role, you will ensure 24/7 standards of practice, guide clinical teams, and advocate for residents and families. The position offers a salary range of $147,000 to $162,000 per year with a 5-day work week schedule that may include weekends.
As ADON, you will plan, develop, and evaluate nursing programs, enforce infection control, manage staff schedules, and ensure regulatory compliance including MDS and care plans. You will also handle quality audits, investigations, and staff education in collaboration with clinical educators. Strong leadership in change management and emotional intelligence is essential.
Requirements include demonstrated leadership experience in a residential or behavioral health setting.
