Description
Join our team as a Behavioral Health Tech in the Psychiatric Emergency Services unit at Lomas Campus in Albuquerque, NM. In this role, you will provide care to child, adolescent, or adult patients in a therapeutic milieu, assist in maintaining a safe environment, and support treatment effectiveness. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to lead activities, assist with crisis intervention, and ensure patient safety.
This is a full-time night shift position (0.90 FTE) with an average pay of $19/hr, plus shift differentials of $17 for weekday nights, $26 for weekend nights, and $15 for weekend day shifts. A sign-on bonus is available. Responsibilities include patient care, charting, assisting with daily living activities, transporting patients, and participating in crisis response.
Requirements include the ability to provide care across age groups from neonate to geriatric. You will also assist with phlebotomy, order entry, and staff training as needed.
