Description
Join our team as a Behavioral Health Tech in Albuquerque, NM, where you'll provide compassionate care to children, adolescents, or adults in a supportive treatment milieu. Working in the CPC Acute Services department, you'll help maintain a safe, therapeutic environment that enhances treatment effectiveness. This full-time, dayshift role offers an average pay of $19/hr plus shift differentials for weekday nights, weekend nights, and weekend days.
In this role, you'll assist patients with activities of daily living, chart observations, participate in treatment programs, and lead milieu activities. You'll also transport patients, process admissions, and may perform phlebotomy. As a member of the Crisis Response Team, you'll help manage psychiatric crises and ensure patient safety. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 6 months of directly related experience, and BLS certification within 30 days. You'll also need to obtain Aggressive Behavior Certification within 30 days.
