Description
Join Encompass Health as a Case Management Assistant in Fayetteville, Arkansas, and play a vital role in streamlining workflow and facilitating communications within our Case Management department. You'll coordinate team conferences, manage documentation, and assist with discharge activities, all while engaging with local community resources. This position offers an average pay of $19 per hour and the opportunity to contribute to a leading national inpatient rehabilitation provider.
As a Case Management Assistant, you will gather and maintain referrals, admissions, orders, and schedules, as well as coordinate daily assignment updates. You'll also assist with quality improvement data collection and regulatory preparedness activities. This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong typing skills, and flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
