Description
Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for their Birth Center, a designated Baby-Friendly hospital welcoming 2,400 newborns annually. As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will lead the night shift team in providing exceptional care to mothers and infants in a supportive, patient-centered environment.
This full-time position offers a competitive hourly rate ranging from $64.49 to $96.74, based on experience, with a sign-on bonus eligible. The night shift schedule allows for a balanced lifestyle while working in a state-of-the-art facility on California's central coast.
Minimum qualifications include a current California RN license, BLS, ACLS, NRP, and Advanced Fetal Monitoring certification within the last 2 years, plus 3 years of recent Labor and Delivery experience.
