Description
Join Rady Children's Hospital in San Diego as a Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) in Pediatric Hematology/Oncology. In this advanced practice role, you will provide comprehensive patient care, research best practices, offer bedside support, and mentor new staff across three units: Inpatient, Outpatient Clinic, and Proton Therapy. The Peckham Center is the largest pediatric cancer provider in the region, featuring 38 private rooms including 10 BMT beds.
This staff/permanent position offers an average pay of $81/hr (expected hiring range $64.37-$96.55). You'll work full-time in a collaborative environment focused on evidence-based nursing and patient-centered care. Minimum qualifications include a Master's degree, 2 years of RN experience in specialty, current California RN and CNS licenses, BLS, and APHON certification. A Doctorate and 5 years of experience are preferred.
