Permanent Manager Registered Nurse

Elliot Health System is seeking a Manager Registered Nurse for our new Primary Care office on South Main Street in Manchester, NH, opening in June or July. In this role, you will collaborate with the Practice Manager and a project manager to establish the practice, including setting up furniture, IT equipment, and hiring clinical staff. The office will have 6 providers and 2 APRNs, with patient volumes of 16-18 and 12-14 per day respectively, and a nursing ratio of 1:2. You will be responsible for clinical operational, human resources, and financial management, ensuring high-quality patient care in a supportive environment.

This is a full-time, staff position with a Monday-Friday schedule from 8am to 5pm. Pay is not disclosed. Requirements include a BSN or higher in nursing, current RN licensure in New Hampshire, and BLS certification within 6 weeks of hire. Preferred qualifications include at least three years of recent ambulatory clinical experience, previous management or leadership experience, and experience setting up a practice from the ground up.
