Permanent Medical Physicist

We are seeking an ABR-certified Masters Level Medical Physicist to join our Radiation Oncology Center in Saratoga Springs, NY. In this role, you will provide comprehensive medical physics services alongside another board-certified physicist, supporting all aspects of clinical physics including conventional 3D, HDR, IMRT/VMAT, SBRT, and SRS planning using Eclipse. You will work closely with a Certified Medical Dosimetrist and be expected to actively participate in developing and implementing planning, treatment, and QA protocols. Experience with ARIA is preferred.

This is a full-time, permanent position with day shifts (hours may vary). The pay is based on experience, averaging $65 per hour. While we strive for a normal schedule, some after-hours work may be required for unique physics activities. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who requires minimal supervision and can take initiative.

Qualifications include graduation from a CAMPEP-approved Masters or DMP program, completion of a CAMPEP-approved residency, and successful completion of ABR Part I and II (new residents with Part I must pass Part II this summer). A New York State license is required.
