Description
Saint Peter's University Hospital is seeking a full-time Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join its growing midwifery practice in New Brunswick, NJ. Our Birth Center is equipped with tubs for hydrotherapy, intermittent auscultation, and various comfort measures, with supportive collaborative physician backup. The role involves providing midwifery services to antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and newborn patients, as well as routine well-woman care. You will work in Labor and Delivery, the PET Unit, the Birth Center, and Women's Ambulatory Care in New Brunswick and Lakewood.
The position offers a flexible schedule combining day/night/weekend/holiday call and office hours, with an average pay of $167,055 per year. Requirements include graduation from an ACME-accredited nurse-midwifery program, a master's or doctoral degree, current CDS and DEA, and certification by the American Midwifery Certification Board. NRP and BLS/ACLS certifications are required. Experience is preferred but not required; on-site training is available for First Assist and Limited Ultrasonography.
