Description
This permanent OB/GYN Registered Nurse position in Redwood Falls, Minnesota offers a unique opportunity to grow your skills across multiple departments. You will start in Med-Surg and then cross-train to Obstetrics and the Emergency Room, with the chance to train as a nursing supervisor or charge nurse. The schedule is casual with varied shifts, rotating 12-hour days and nights. Pay starts at $42.86 per hour and increases with experience, ranging up to $71.51 per hour, with an average of $58 per hour. You will coordinate and supervise care, perform assessments, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, and educate patients and families.
Requirements include an Associate degree in Nursing or higher, a current Minnesota RN License, and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. ACLS education must be completed within 6 months of hire, NRP within 1 year, and trauma education as set for Level 4 trauma criteria within 1 year.
