Description
We are seeking a licensed Physician (MD/DO) to provide comprehensive primary care services in an outpatient clinic setting in Lancaster, California. The provider will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities include providing care for acute and chronic conditions, developing treatment plans and preventive care strategies, reviewing labs and imaging with appropriate follow-up, completing timely and accurate EMR documentation, coordinating specialist referrals, and supervising mid-level providers as needed. You will see approximately 16–24 patients per day.
The schedule is Monday–Friday, full-time with flexible shift times available and occasional weekends as needed. Compensation averages $310,000 per year with a range of $280,000–$340,000.
Requirements include an active California MD or DO license, Board Certification, DEA license, current CPR certification, strong communication and teamwork skills.
