Permanent PT Acute Care Hospital

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our Rehab Services team at SRMC Campus in Albuquerque, New Mexico. In this role, you will organize and deliver medically-prescribed physical therapy to restore function and prevent disability following disease, injury, or loss of a body part. Patient care assignments may include neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric age groups.

This is a full-time, day shift position with a pay range of $40.04 to $62.00 per hour (average $51/hr). You'll receive shift differentials for weekday nights, weekend nights, and weekend day shifts. Relocation assistance is available. Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing treatment goals, adapting therapy techniques, supervising students and volunteers, and documenting patient care activities.

Requirements include graduation from a Physical Therapy program, a New Mexico Physical Therapist License or temporary license, and CPR for Healthcare/BLS certification within 30 days. No minimum experience is required, but bilingual skills in English, Spanish, Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo are a plus.
