Foundation Health Partners (FHP) in Fairbanks, AK, is seeking a Physical Therapist for a permanent, full-time Home Health position. New grads are encouraged to apply. This role involves evaluating, planning, and administering Physical Therapy treatment per physician referral and organizational standards. You will work with patients in their homes, providing skilled care and collaborating with their families and the interdisciplinary team.

This position offers flexible scheduling: 4x10-hour or 5x8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week. Compensation ranges from $44.09 to $70.54 per hour based on experience, with an average pay of $58/hr. Requirements include a degree in Physical Therapy and current state licensure.
