In this role, you will evaluate, plan, and administer physical therapy treatments in patients' homes, helping them restore function and achieve maximum rehabilitation potential. You'll work in a supportive environment with a strong patient-to-nurse ratio and a culture of shared leadership.
This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $44.09 to $70.54 based on experience and education, plus a $7,500 relocation assistance and 90 days of temporary housing. You'll work 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, with every other Saturday required. Additional benefits include shift differentials, annual increases, paid time off, medical/vision/dental insurance, 401k with employer match, tuition assistance, and student loan forgiveness.
Candidates must have graduated from an APTA-accredited physical therapy program, hold a current Alaska PT license, and have BLS certification. One year of acute care experience within the past 12 months is required. Join us in Fairbanks, where small-town living meets spectacular natural beauty and endless recreation.
