We are seeking a Physical Therapist to provide home health services in Grand Rapids and surrounding areas. In this role, you will assess, teach, and deliver therapy interventions as directed by the physician's plan of care, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes. This position offers a salaried compensation of $110,000 to $130,000 per year plus mileage reimbursement, and includes a $25,000 sign-on bonus. Requirements include a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program, a current unrestricted state license, valid CPR and driver's license with proof of insurance.
