Permanent PT Inpatient Rehab

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our inpatient rehabilitation team in Albuquerque, New Mexico. In this role, you will organize and deliver medically-prescribed physical therapy to restore function and prevent disability following disease, injury, or loss of a body part. Patient care assignments may include neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric age groups, offering a diverse and rewarding caseload.

This is a permanent, staff position with an average pay of $51 per hour. You will work in a supportive hospital environment, collaborating with medical staff and conducting training for therapy techniques. Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing treatment goals, adapting therapy techniques, and documenting patient care activities.

Qualifications include graduation from a Physical Therapy program and a New Mexico Physical Therapist License or temporary license. CPR for Healthcare/BLS certification is required within 30 days. No minimum experience is required, but bilingual skills and one year of directly related experience are preferred. Physical demands are heavy, requiring exertion of 50 to 100 pounds of force occasionally. Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are available.
