Description
Boston Children's Hospital is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our fast-paced Emergency Department, a Level 1 Regional Pediatric Trauma Center. You'll provide 24-hour care to infants, children, and young adults with urgent and emergency conditions, from brain injuries to broken bones. Join one of the largest pediatric EDs in Massachusetts, caring for 68,000 patients annually.
This is a part-time, permanent position working 36 hours per week on night shifts, including every other weekend. The average annual pay is $119,841, with a range of $76,003 to $163,678 based on experience. You'll be part of a collaborative team of physicians, nurses, and advanced practice providers.
Requirements include a BSN, current Massachusetts RN license, and at least 1 year of inpatient acute or emergency medicine RN experience. Pediatric ED or acute pediatric experience is strongly preferred. Boston Children's offers a comprehensive benefits package including flexible schedules, health insurance, childcare subsidies, tuition reimbursement, and a pension plan.
