Permanent Womens Health Nurse Practitioner

This is a permanent Women's Health Nurse Practitioner position with a mission-driven organization in Northern California. You will provide comprehensive sexual and reproductive health services to adult and adolescent patients, including preventive screenings, contraception management, STI testing and treatment, gender-affirming care, and pregnancy-related services. The role involves performing gynecological exams, inserting IUDs and implants, and collaborating with a supportive healthcare team.

The schedule is 32 hours per week: Mondays 12pm-8pm, Tuesdays and Wednesdays 9am-5pm, Fridays 9am-5pm, with one rotating Saturday per month. The pay range is $71-$84.86 per hour (average $78/hr), and a $75,000 retention bonus is offered. Requirements include a current California NP license (or PA/CNM), furnishing number for NPs/CNMs, NPI, CPR/BLS certification, and 0-3 years of experience in reproductive health or related fields.
