Description
Join a mission-driven women's health organization in Northern California as an Advanced Practice Clinician (NP, PA, or CNM). You will provide comprehensive sexual and reproductive health services to adult and adolescent patients, including preventive screenings, contraception management, STI testing and treatment, and gender-affirming care. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in community health while working collaboratively with a dedicated team.
This is a permanent, staff position with a schedule of 32 hours per week. The pay range is $71-$84.86 per hour (average $78/hr), and you will receive a $75,000 retention bonus. You will float between two locations, so a valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required. The schedule includes one rotating Saturday per month, with typical weekday hours from 8:30am to 5pm and one late shift until 8pm on Mondays.
Requirements include a current California license as an NP, PA, or CNM (with Furnishing Number if applicable), NPI, CPR/BLS certification, and 0-3 years of experience in reproductive health, OB/GYN, primary care, or community health. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. Benefits include comprehensive health coverage, a collaborative work environment, and opportunities for professional growth.
