Description
Nixon-Smiley CISD is seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2025-2026 school year. This onsite role involves providing speech therapy services to a caseload of approximately 15 students, primarily with mild articulation needs. You will conduct progress monitoring, develop and maintain IEPs, and participate in annual ARDs and ETSC meetings.
The position offers a flexible schedule of about 15 hours per week (1-2 days), typically from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with possible adjustments for afternoon meetings. Pay starts at $85 per hour, averaging $948 per week. CCC-SLP is preferred, but bilingual candidates and CFY candidates (pending supervision discussion) may be considered.
