Description
Join Maury Regional Health as a Team Lead in Admitting Registration at Maury Regional Medical Center in Columbia, TN. This full-time night shift position offers a rotating schedule of Sun, Thu, Fri 7p-7a and Wed 11p-3a, with weekly rotation. As the first level of leadership support, you will provide on-the-floor leadership, real-time operational support, and guidance to registration staff, ensuring a patient-centered and efficient registration process.
Responsibilities include monitoring workflow, assisting with complex registrations, coaching staff during shifts, and acting as a key liaison between frontline staff and the Registration Supervisor. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, two years of prior scheduling, pre-cert, and medical terminology experience, and excellent business judgment and customer service skills. Leadership experience is preferred.
