Permanent Care Coordinator Registered Nurse

Encompass Health in Bluffton, SC is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a permanent Care Coordinator role. In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating nursing staff schedules to ensure exceptional patient care in our inpatient rehabilitation facility. Your organizational skills will be key as you manage assignments, assist supervisors with staffing issues, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.

This is a full-time staff position with an average pay of $22 per hour. You'll work closely with nursing leadership to improve department effectiveness, distribute schedules, and coordinate educational opportunities for staff. The role requires a high school education or equivalent, with previous hospital staffing or scheduling experience preferred.
