Permanent Customer Service Representative

Advanced Medical Management LLC (AMM) is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Pleasant Grove, UT. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients and providers, scheduling and rescheduling appointments via phone, email, chat, and web portal. You'll work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent patient experiences.

This is a permanent, full-time position offering $17 per hour. We are looking for candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent, bilingual Spanish/English skills, and strong computer proficiency. Typing speed of 50+ WPM is required, and knowledge of commercial insurance, workers' compensation, or personal injury benefits is a plus.
