Permanent Dialysis Manager

This full-time position offers a competitive pay range of $56.18 - $82.97 per hour (average $70/hr). You'll oversee the performance of hemodialysis following all applicable guidelines, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and communicate patient concerns promptly. Flexible availability for weekdays, weekends, and evening/night shifts is required.

Qualifications include current RN licensure, CPR certification, and ACLS within 1 year of hire. Preferred: CRRN certification, one year of inpatient hospital experience, one year of dialysis nursing experience, and inpatient rehabilitation experience. Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills are essential.
