Description
Encompass Health, the nation's largest inpatient rehabilitation company, is seeking a compassionate and experienced Dialysis Program Manager to lead our hemodialysis program in Aldie, VA. In this full-time, Monday-Friday role, you will direct, organize, and advance the program, implementing policies and procedures to ensure safe and effective care. You'll supervise dedicated dialysis staff, represent the program in hospital management and community outreach, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to make a meaningful impact on patient lives.
